Please be informed that, according to the REACH (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006), MANEX Ltd. is considered as „a downstream user” of PVC granulates and that cables and wires as a finished product are not subject of registration by the REACH system. We are therefore not obliged to have any confirmation issued by the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency). In the same time we declare herewith that we do not import any plastics nor any other components for our production from outside the European Union.

Therefore, as mentioned above, and according to the information from our suppliers we declare herewith that we comply with the requirements of REACH Regulation and with the requirements of the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency).

Additionally, we confirm that the granulates used by our company comply with the requirements of RoHS 2011/65/UE Directive of 8 June 2011 taking into account the 2015/863/UE Directive of 31 March 2015 amending Annex II of the earlier mentioned Directive. According to the statements provided by our suppliers the restricted substances referred to in the said Directive are not used.
