The screw is a replacement element of an extruder and constitutes its integral part. The screw is made of special highly alloyed steel. All surfaces exposed to abrasion are hardened by nitriding technology. The screw is ended with a mixing head. The shape and dimensions of screw head may be selected individually depending on the type of the extruded product and the extruder head.
