BRIEF HISTORY
MANEX has been operating since 1987, but its roots go back to the 1970s when its founders gained experience in the cable industry, specializing in the design and construction of technological lines and microprocessor control systems.
The company began its operations with the Cable Production Plant in Jaworzno, initially equipped with a single, in-house designed extrusion line. In 1991, a second extrusion line was launched, and at that time, the company primarily produced cables for the construction industry.
Between 1992 and 2005, MANEX underwent significant expansion and modernization, including the development of the Jaworzno plant with a new production hall and office facilities. The plant featured a 700m² production hall, a modern office building, and five computer-controlled extrusion lines.
A major milestone came in 1997, when MANEX acquired an industrial site in Skawina (over 1 hectare) from the Skawina Aluminum Plant, including two buildings totaling 2,700 m². Following extensive renovations, the company established the Copper Processing Plant and the Machinery Production Plant.
From August 1995 to June 2012, MANEX held the status of a Protected Workplace.
As part of its growth strategy, aimed at increasing and diversifying production, MANEX invested in new production and office facilities in 2014, acquiring a building and a production hall of approximately 3,300m², located near the existing Skawina facilities.
In 2021, all production processes were consolidated into a single location in Skawina, where the company’s entire production now takes place.
Since 1990, the company’s headquarters and sales office had been located in downtown Kraków. At the end of 2024, the headquarters was relocated to Skawina, improving operational and logistical efficiency.

MANEX adheres to the highest international and national quality, safety, and environmental standards. The company holds the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certificate and the IATF 16949 Quality Management Certificate and complies with the European REACH and RoHS 2011/65/EU Directives, as well as ECHA requirements.
For years, MANEX has been actively involved in innovative technological and investment projects, co-financed by the European Union and organized by national and regional authorities. These initiatives aim to improve health, safety, and environmental protection.
