MANEX activities cover elaboration of technical documentation for electric installations of machines and equipment used in cable industry as well as designing and construction of control systems of machines and equipment based on industrial controllers produced by GE Fanuc, Siemens or Nais.
We use in our projects accessories and drives manufactured by the world best producers such as Siemens, Lenze, Nord, Omron or Shinko and equipment to control diameter, capacity and durability of insulation made by Beta, Sikora and Zumbach. The long experience gained in the cable industry allows us to design and construct systems adjusted precisely to customers requirements thanks to the accurate programming of controllers and proper selection of accessories.
At the first stage we prepare few different options and determine their further development (reduction or extension) depending on both, the needs and financial capabilities of our customers.
MANEX provides also consulting services and assistance in the scope of use and maintenance of machines and production lines designed and constructed by our company.
