The extruder is used for extruding different types of plastics.
The plasticizing system of the extruder is electrically heated and air-cooled. Fans are used for air-cooling. The extruder is powered by an AC motor with inverter. The drive from the motor is transmitted to the screw by a special gear box provided with a thrust bearing and own lubrication system.
The extruder is equipped as a standard with a feeding hopper with a sensor showing the minimum level of granules and a so-called quick granules discharge.
